VOW is putting together a group to go to Ottawa March 6-8, 2016 to lobby our elected politicians. Will you join us?

We will meet in Ottawa on March 6 for training in preparation for lobbying on Parliament Hill on March 7 and 8.
The new Canadian government is asking for public input, and now is a great time to develop relationships with our MPs.  The Board is developing materials based on our 12 peace priorities and our call for Canada to develop a feminist foreign policy.  VOW will provide assistance in finding billeting or low-cost accommodations in Ottawa.

Will you add your voice?  We are looking for members to join us in Ottawa as well as to meet with your MP in your home riding.

Even if you can’t come to Ottawa, you can meet with your MP in your home riding.  All lobbying materials will be supplied.  If you can do this, please contact Sandra Ruch to obtain lobbying materials.
