Join the millions who are already meditating for peace around the world in this free weekly series. Learn tools and techniques to improve mood and reduce stress! We will consider the value of silence and stillness of mind and body. Using a range of meditation techniques each week we aim to discover and explore our potential for experiencing inner peace. Kingston: Peace Flags at “She Creates…”
We will have a painting station making peace flags at the She Creates... Women's Arts & Crafts Fair at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour 11am-4pm on Saturday March 5th. You are welcome to add your peace flag to our collection or take it to adorn your home. See the poster below for all the details. Admission is $2 for adults. Children Free.

Our friends in Regina are having a peace rally for Syria on Saturday March 19th inspired by the actions of the Canadian Peace Congress and others who are collaborating on March 19th to express a message of "no more useless war". There will be similar demonstrations held across Canada. Since we made the poster we thought we'd better make it available to anyone else hosting their own rally on this day.
