Canada won’t sign the International Nuclear Weapons Ban Treaty – – but we can!
Finalized in July and supported by 122 UN member states, the UN Nuclear Ban Treaty is a landmark international agreement that outlaws the worst weapons of mass destruction and moves toward their elimination. It opens for signatures on Wednesday September 20th.
Join PeaceQuest and concerned local residents on Wednesday September 20th at 11am at the corner of University and Union to sign a giant copy of the treaty yourself.
